After Callan's baptism the family came over to the Pilgrimage Centre where we all ate Chocolate Cake and drank coffee. It had been a good service with the celebration of the Advent Candles and the marking of St. Andrew's Day as well as Callan's baptism. Andy experimented with a new microphone system designed to enable him to isolate areas for sound. With so many young children in Church nowadays this is becoming important for the broadcasting of our services. After the service Andy expressed frustration at our inability to stand near where he had positioned the microphones -- but said that when we did he was able to record a perfect sound signal. We will try to do better next Sunday!
