I'm now back in Finland and there are too many things going on.. and I haven't even realized that i really am in FINLAND.

This is my second day in my new school and i like it a lot. All the others are having their lunch, but i still feel that it is 9 o'clock in the morning, so i'm not that hungry yet.. (in Finland it is already 11)

I've also moved to my new apartment and I LOVE it. It has two rooms, little kitchen, bathroom and SAUNA. And it's right next to a lake, and over the lake goes a bridge (not as good as the Italian bridge. Bigger, but not so nice) to the center of Äänekoski. I just love it.

Today i'm going back to home.. turned out that i still can go there. ha. Then in the evening i'm going to spend some family-time with dad (don't know about mum) and go to see a rock band that we have been planning to see for ages.

So I have lots of thongs to do. And also lots of people that I want to see as soon as possible.. But I still miss Scotland and all the people in there. I had the most amazing summer and I will always remember it and all the people that were part of it. Love you all <3

Whoooooaaahh. ok, now i've took this so far that i'm beginning to be ashamed.. I've been avoiding and neglectin my blog even if i enjoy having it. My first real blog. Oh. I've been trying to convince myself about the "fact" that i don't NEED to write here every day, cause the word BLOG can be understood little differently than DIARY.. But as i said, now it has gone too far.

Sooo. One reason that i have not been so hardworking with my BLOG, is that we have a group of italians and a group of girls from Glasgow staying with us right now.. I don't know if it is the long days, the feeling that everything is happening really fast, hard concenration on understanding something when nobody is talking my own language or what, but i've been quite tired for last few days.. Tired but really happy.

The italians are going to stay here until Monday.. I can tell you already that I will cry SO much when they go. Because i'm so tired. And because i just love them. For most of the time I have no idea what they are saying (I've been trying to learn to understand italy.. not doing so well..yet.) but i'm having such a good time with them..! No matter how bad i'm feeling (well i haven't been feeling really bad lately anyway) they always seem to brighten up my day. <3

I have slowly ralized that I'm going back home quite soon. Where did the summer go!? It feels like i've just been here for few weeks.. And I know that as the end comes closer, the time will pass faster and faster.

Oh and you know what! Yesterday I had my autumn-feeling. It is not summer anymore. (yes, i like to start my autumn early cause it's my favourite season.. sorry.)

Huooooh.. I'm sitting here at the manse and it feels really strange when i'm alone and it's all quiet here.. All the groups have left (hope everyone got home safely) and finally i have nothing else to do than write to my blog..
So the groups left at saturday afternoon and very early on the sunday morning.. When the last gorups were getting in their busses I shed few tears (tried to act cool) but when i went back to the cottage I cried like a girl. Or to be honest like a small baby. I've never been good with all these leaving things..
I had such a good time with all the people and i enjoyed meeting them.. And i really do miss them already. Because I haven't been writing here for such a long time and also because I'm soooooo lazy I'll make a list (again) about the best things from the last few weeks:

-meeting all the new people
-slowmotion football
-ben&jerry's
-all the presentations that groups made
-singing and dancing
-Stirling
(-I'd write "jumping from the pier" but as we know it is not allowed to jump from there)
-salmiakki
-coming down from the hill

then also a list of not so nice things:

-horses
-getting up to the hill

There is not very much things to tell about yesterday because it was a recovering-day. That means that i spent all day watching tv.. (Flushed away, two episodes of Friends, Titanic and Miami ink)

...things are still in balance cause I think there is too much things to tell about this day. Today Dane and Rachel took me up to the highlands. We left Luss at 9 in the morning, went to Glencoe visitor centre and from there we drove to Loch Ness (no monster) and visited the Urquhart castle. I had the most wonderful day and now I'll go to bed and fall asleep with the biggest smile.

Awww! As you can see i have forgot all this blog thing when all the people arrived here.. Think that's because I've been quite busy, but on the other hand had so much fun that I have not been able to sit down and write.. These few days have been just wonderful and i've learned lots of things. It is amazing how much you can leran about people when you a staying with a big group a little bit longer..
Today I noticed that at somepoint in the middle of all this rush I've almost started to feel at home here.. When I woke up in the morning I didn't wonder where I was anymore. Days are passing by really fast and I just don't have time to feel homesick. Though I have quite big list of things that I'm missing.. (Mum and dad, my brother, friends, mum, salmiakki, dad, sauna... +Mum and Dad) I made a looooooong phonecall to one of my best frineds in Finland and that really made me happy..

Yesterday was a busy day and I really liked it. A group of girls from Glasgow and a group of Polish people arrived during the day. I was basically just walking around and trying to be usefull.. Have no idea if I succeeded or not. Later Ruth and her mum Jill arrived (you can see them on the frontpage!) and I really liked them from the very beginning. Then late at night people from Czech Republic and Finland (wohoo!) arrived.
So now the whole big group is here and i couldn't be happier.. !
TODAY I'll try to learn as many new names as possible.. That won't be too many. Andy is coming from his holiday today I think. I'm quite sure that he won't read this so i can tell that I've really been missing him.

Oh! about the loundry: everything went well and I've still got clothes that fit. However I have to wait a while before I'll be brave enough to do that again.
