Michael came all the way from New Zealand to marry Cheryl today (Friday) in Luss Parish Church -- and, although the rest of the country seems to be very wet, here in Luss the sun shone for them and for their many guests who had travelled from afar to be with them. Cheryl walking into church on the arm of her brother before we started the service by singing 'Amazing Grace'. We also sang 'Love Divine, all loves excelling' and 'One More Step along the World I God'. Paige read from One Hundred Love Sonnets by Pablo Neruda and Glenis read from First Corinthians chapter thirteen. After the service the coupler walked out of church into the sunshine to 'Highland Cathedral' and, after more photographs, they went down to Cameron House for their reception. A splendid wedding!
