Today, Monday, while much of the country partied to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, Keir and Tammie were married in Luss Parish Church. The sun shone on them and they had a glorious day. Walking into Church to the strains of the pipes, Tammie was given away by her father and supported by her bridesmaids. We sang 'Give me joy in my heart', 'Morning has broken' and 'All things bright and beautiful'. Laurie read a poem she had written herself and also from First Corinthians chapter thirteen. After the wedding documents had been signed the couple walked out into the sunshine, their married life has begun.
