Firework Finale

Our Luss celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee came to a fitting conclusion with a magnificent firework display provided for us by the Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel. It was wonderful. We all congregated on the loch-shore and stood for more than five minutes entranced by the pyrotechnic display. Fireworks seemed to be falling on us from all around as it appeared that we were under a giant umbrella of colour, fireworks appeared to be launching themselves out of the loch -- it was colourful and absolutely spectacular. Several children asked me when we could do it again -- what better proof is there that folk had had a really good day?
