Pandemonium as Arrochar Comes to Luss

It was wonderful to welcome some of the younger members of our youth group from Arrochar to the manse yesterday evening and this morning -- a scene of happy and glorious pandemonium! Last night (Friday) they explored the village and ended up in the Manse lounge enjoying a feast and watching a film. The plan then was to do some sleeping in the Pilgrim's Palace -- they certainly tried out the bunks and adjudged them to be comfortable but there was far too much excitement to waste time in sleeping!

This morning they all enjoyed a hearty breakfast -- Jimmy and Neil had been up extremely early to prepare the breakfast (it seems that they too had had little sleep). And after breakfast everyone set off to catch one of Cruise Loch Lomond's boats to continue the adventure by visiting an island. A thoroughly good outing -- and once they had left, you would never even know they had been here, everything was so tidy. Now that's the kind of visitors we really like!
